SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship orders within 24/48 hours of payment confirmation. Deliveries in Italy take approximately 1-2 working days by express courier; in smaller towns and on the islands, 2-3 working days.
SAFE PACKAGING
Our orders are shipped in cardboard boxes made of 70% recycled and fully recyclable material, tested and patented for the optimal transport of wine and spirits. We have chosen to completely eliminate plastic from our parcels and to use the minimum amount of paper, in order to guarantee maximum safety for the bottles while minimising our environmental impact.
SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY
Shipping is free for orders over €149.00. Gift cards are delivered by e-mail and do not count towards the minimum order amount for free shipping. For orders below €149.00, shipping costs €8.90.
SHIPPING COSTS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
We ship to 25 European Union countries, shown at checkout, for a flat rate of €14.90 per order. Delivery times abroad are approximately 3-5 days, depending on the destination country.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally between 9:00 and 18:00. We recommend providing an address where someone is always present, such as a concierge, an office or a trusted shop.
IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, or a partial delivery, report the anomaly by writing the word “RISERVA” (“accepted with reservation”) on the delivery document that the courier will ask you to sign. Notify our customer service of any irregularity as soon as possible by writing to enotecapanevino@gmail.com, attaching photos of the damage or tampering.
In case of delivery delays, please contact us within 30 days of the order date so that we can carry out the necessary checks with the courier.
